Lifetime Warranty
We provide an all-inclusive, transferable warranty for all of our window and door products.
Widely recognized as the industry leader for product warranties, Pioneer Windows and Doors ("Company") warrants to the original purchaser and subsequent owner of the property (once the warranty is transferred as outlined below), that any window installed by the Company is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 25 years from which the windows are installed.
All window products are manufactured in Canada. We believe in our products, people and as a result we confidently offer the best warranty in the Industry.
Warranty Details:
Product Warranty
That under normal use, the vinyl components of the window will not pit, crack or peel. All mechanical parts (balances, locks, vent locks, seals) are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any product parts will be replaced and installed by Company at no additional charge.
Insulated Glass / Glass Breakage Warranty
The sealed insulated glass unit is warranted against seal failure. If the glass unit fails, the Company will provide the Owner with a replacement insulated glass unit at no extra charge. Seal failure is defined by moisture or "fog" between the insulated panes. Company will replace broken sashes that were broken by accident. Acts of God (storms, hail, wind, floods, etc), fire, and acts of war, terrorism or vandalism are not covered under this warranty.
Transferable Warranty
This warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner of the same residence. A transfer of warranty fee of $50 made payable to Pioneer Windows and Doors must be delivered to the Company within 30 days of the property's transfer date. It must also include a copy of the original purchase agreement and a copy of this warranty.
